Real-World Performance and Considerations

One issue we noticed with the Nitro was its lack of compatibility with Thunderbolt 5 cables, which didn’t provide any performance advantage. However, all other 40Gbps cables worked flawlessly at maximum speed. We also use Hedge software to transfer files to our NAS servers, and while our server setup can bottleneck transfer speeds, the Nitro still performs admirably under typical conditions.
