What if our booth is super busy during our scheduled time?

No problem! We're pros at working around your flow. If you're swamped with customers, that's actually great content. We'll capture the energy without interrupting sales.

Do you provide release forms for people appearing in videos?

For general booth footage and crowd shots at public trade shows, releases typically aren't required, but we'll work with your legal team's requirements.

Can we book multiple time slots throughout the show?

Absolutely! Many clients book us for day one and day three to capture different crowds and energy. Please contact us so we can build out your custom content plan.

What equipment do you use?

Professional cinema cameras, wireless mics, LED lighting when needed, and stabilizers for smooth movement. We utilize high-end gear that delivers even in challenging trade show lighting.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as possible! Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible, but the best time slots go fast and we often sell-out. Early birds also get priority on their preferred times.

What if we need more than 60 seconds of edited video?

We can do longer edits, multiple videos, or even a full case study. That's where our enterprise packages come in. Tell us what you need and we'll make it happen. Common requests include: 2-minute company overview, multiple product demos, full keynote speaking recording.

Is 30 minutes enough time to capture everything?

For most booths (10x10 to 20x20), absolutely. Our 4-person crew works simultaneously to capture booth footage, demos, and team interactions - we arrive 5 minutes early and hit the ground running. Have a larger setup with 5+ team members or complex activations? Let's talk about our Enterprise Plan.
